A one-day theoretical-practical course was held last January 12 in Sassuolo, at Studio Agnini, headquarters of DDR EDUCATION courses, to define the current guidelines on the management of white spot lesions and other enamel alterations.
During the course, which has been sold out since mid-December, various therapeutic strategies with Icon and other products were proposed and tested through a practical trial, elaborating clinical paths ranging from diagnosis to communication with the patient and treatment to maintenance over time. Dr. Apponi and Dr. Sabatini also treated a live patient, focusing not only on operative protocols, but also on the diagnosis of different enamel lesions, some operative tips and tricks, and the maintenance of the proposed treatments over time.
